Yes — you can try AI Search free, and every plan can be cancelled at any time from Account → Plan with no long-term contract.

Your visitors' searches never stop — search queries are unlimited on every plan, and there's no overage billing. Two things are capped: AI answers and indexed pages. If you use up your monthly AI answer allowance, search keeps returning full results and only the AI-generated answer pauses — it comes back at the start of the next month, or immediately when you upgrade. If you hit your page limit, everything already indexed stays fully searchable; we simply pause indexing new pages until you upgrade or remove some pages.

AEO depends on your site's public content being crawlable and clearly structured for AI engines — good SEO fundamentals go a long way there. Breezy's search doesn't affect how outside AI engines see your site, since it's built for search within your website.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan — you can add and manage unlimited websites from a single account, each with its own crawl, index and widget configuration. Growth, Professional and Scale are limited to one site per account.

Sign up, add your website address, and Breezy automatically crawls and indexes your pages. Once indexing finishes, you install the search widget with a single snippet and you are live — usually in about five minutes.

The widget editor shows a live preview that updates as you change colours, fonts and layout, so you always see exactly what visitors will see. Nothing goes live until you click Publish.

Click the search icon in the live preview to run real searches against your indexed content, right inside the editor. Try a few typical queries to confirm results look right before you go live.

In the widget editor, open Appearance → Font Family and pick from the available font styles to match your site. The preview updates instantly, so you can see the new look before publishing — no designer required.

Open the widget editor → Appearance and toggle off the "Powered by Breezy" label. Branding removal is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans, leaving the search experience feeling fully native to your site.

Copy the snippet from the Install tab and paste it into your site — the wizard gives you exact steps for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and more. The step-by-step guide walks you through it even if you are not technical.

Add the verification record we provide — a DNS entry or a small file upload — then click Verify. This confirms you own the domain, so Breezy only ever crawls and serves content from your real website.

Once your domain is verified, Breezy automatically follows the links across your site, reads each page, and adds it to your search index — no manual page-by-page work. New and updated pages are picked up on a regular schedule.

On the Enterprise plan, open Account → Sites and click Add site to connect another domain — each site gets its own crawl, index and widget, all managed from the same account. Other plans are limited to one site.

The dashboard home summarises your key numbers — total searches, top queries, click-through and indexing status — in simple stat cards and charts. It is designed to give you a snapshot at a glance, without digging through multiple sections.

Open Insights → Search terms to see every query your visitors run, ranked by how often it appears. It is the fastest way to learn what content and products people want most.

Insights groups queries into meaningful categories — products, topics and pages — and ranks them by popularity, so trends are easy to read without wading through raw keywords.

The Clicks report shows which results visitors actually open after searching, ranked by click count. It tells you what is resonating, not just what is being searched for.

Yes. Queries are automatically grouped into categories and presented as bar charts and trend lines, so you can spot patterns quickly without needing to be a data expert.

Insights → Recent lists your latest searches in chronological order, so you can jump back to something you looked up before without retyping it.

Open Insights → Recent and click Clear history to remove your stored recent searches in one click. This only clears your personal history — it does not affect your site-wide analytics.

Open Indexing → Pages to see the full list of pages Breezy has crawled and can return in search. Each entry shows its status and when it was last indexed.

The Indexing panel shows a "Last crawled" timestamp for your site and for each page, so you can tell at a glance whether your results reflect your latest content.

Analytics retention scales with your plan: 7 days on Growth, 30 days on Professional, 90 days on Scale, and 365 days on Enterprise.

Go to Account → Plan and choose a new tier — the upgrade takes effect immediately and unlocks the new features right away.

Yes. We email you ahead of every renewal, so you are never charged unexpectedly and always have time to make changes.

Open Account → Billing to view and download every past invoice and payment. Your full history is always available there, so you never have to request it.

Go to Account → Profile, update your email, and confirm via the verification link we send to the new address. Your login updates as soon as it is confirmed.

Account → Plan shows your current plan's renewal or expiry date, so you can renew on time and avoid any interruption to your search.

Go to Billing and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.

Open Account → Billing and click Update payment method to add a new card or replace your existing one. Your next invoice will automatically use the new details.

From the Professional plan and up — open Account → Team and invite colleagues by email. Professional includes up to 3 team members, Scale up to 5, and Enterprise unlimited. Growth is limited to a single account user.

The Content Gap report surfaces searches that returned no or few results, turning them into a clear list of content your visitors want but cannot find. It is the fastest way to see where your site has gaps.

It analyses your own visitors' real searches against your indexed content, so every suggestion is specific to your site and audience — not generic advice.

Yes. You can manually add, edit or dismiss suggestions so the report reflects your priorities, rather than relying on automation alone.

Open Ranking → Pins, find the result, and pin it for a given query or set of queries. Pinned results always appear first, so your most important content leads.

Find the result in Ranking and toggle Hide, and it stops appearing for visitors immediately. It is the quickest way to keep outdated or irrelevant items out of results.

Add the page to your Excluded pages list under Indexing, and Breezy keeps it out of the index entirely. Use this for private or irrelevant pages you never want surfaced.

Indexing → Excluded pages shows everything you have excluded, where you can add new URLs or remove ones you want indexed again. Changes apply on the next crawl.

Click Recrawl now in the Indexing panel to refresh your index on demand. It is handy after a big content update, so results reflect your latest pages without waiting for the next scheduled crawl. Growth includes 10 manual crawls a month, Professional 30, and Scale and Enterprise are unlimited.

Your plan sets your automatic recrawl frequency: monthly on Growth, weekly on Professional, and daily on Scale and Enterprise. You can always trigger a manual recrawl in between whenever you need results refreshed sooner.

Use the Back button at the top of the dashboard to return to the previous screen. It works within the app itself, so you do not have to rely on your browser's back button.

Hover over any icon or button and a small tooltip appears explaining what it does, so you always know what will happen before you click.

The Help (?) button is always available in the corner of the dashboard. It opens guides without making you leave the page.

Yes. We post in-app announcements and can email you when new features ship, so you never miss tools that could improve your search.

Check Indexing → Pages for a status message — most issues are caused by blocked crawlers (robots.txt) or a failed domain verification. If everything looks right but pages are still missing, contact support and we'll take a look.
