Breezy AI Search is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that adds AI-powered search to any website via a single script tag or WordPress plugin. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

1.3 Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other malicious code.

1.5 Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with fees as listed on our pricing page.
• All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1.6 Intellectual Property

WhooshPro Pte Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service.

1.7 Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhooshPro Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

1.10 Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We will retain your data for thirty (30) days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

1.11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

1.12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
